Helvetica isn't only a movie but it is also a font, Helvetica was created in Switzerland, by a man named Edward Hoffman. Helvetica is latin for Switzerlan, but Hoffman repronounced it as Hel-vEH-TicAH which in latin means Swiss type face. Helvetica is an extremely common font, used all over the world It is used on Logos, letters, the internet, everything imaginable. Many web designers, font designers, etc are very familiar with the font. Which helps heighten the popularity of this famous font.Helvetica has many designs, bold, serfs, thin. These help show emotion in what is trying to be said, Helvetica is a great font that was used in the past, present and soon to be furture. I don't believe that Helvetica will ever fade.

Ayana Beverly/ Artist statement
“Ability to change the ordinary into something special”-Robert Long
This quote is the reason I love to do photography, photography is a way I express the way I in vision and visualize everyday things. I began photography for a high school class and ever since then I’ve loved it. I have been finding ways to take photos and be in photos. Whenever my photos come out the way I expected, I gain an extra boost and enthusiasm in my mood and my approach towards my task. I really feel good about myself. My photos have no specific pattern, they come out the way I see them. At times they may be random, but most of the time they come out the way they do based on the mood I have the second I push the shutter. My favorite thing about my photography style is that I can produce what ever I want. My photos are developed by my emotions and the way I feel. So my style is very urban and artistic, so whenever I use photo shop, I always use the artistic filter. It is my favorite tool to use because there is a variety of ways I can develop a good photo. Like Richard Avedon, I enjoy a very vogue
subject and very plain background, so the photo can focus on the subject other than the back draw.

Street Photography, WOW... It's Incredible, Street photography shows you and tells you stories of reality in just one photo. Street photography is a extremely grungy but classy type of style. It can be way out there and not so much in your face at the same time. Street is more realistic than a photo done in a black room or a studio. It is very daring and spontanous because you can do so much with the style.

Even Though Richard Avedon died in 2004 at the tender age of 81, He still influences the 20th century. His artistic style and his vision to empress. He was very out there and not afraid to work outside of the box, Avedon often worked with coal miners, oil field workers, unemployed people (Homeless) and other realistic and real life people.

I am very inspired by one of America's top ten greates photographers, Richard Avedon. Avedon Born in a Jewish/ Russian family, grew up with a very unique vision, of drama. To show a sense of drama, Avedon would use a very plan background and a very bold subject, or other way around, a very busy background, but a very plain and normal subject. And to pay my respect to him, I wanted to pay Homage to him by imitating his style, but adding my own flare to it.
